Are the green flags really green flags?? Does he feel the same way I do (the small clues you mentioned such as taking it slow, but he made a point to let me get to know to his mother and daughter.) This journey has been super hard at times. Especially apart. But I’ve learned true resilience because of it, which is so important for true independence, which in turn is also necessary for the complimentary interdependence of these unions. And I don’t know if I could’ve learned that while still together. And the trust . . . we easily mistake the trust built together as the epitome of relationship trust, when the true test of trust is mastered while apart. As the occultist says, separate for the sake of (re)union.
