Hi, thanks for the video I wanted to show one of my favourites to some people. I wished you showed the boardwalk and the beach a little more, but this video is still nice. Please don't eat your words when speaking, I get it you're trying to make the video as fast as possible and say as much as possible, but for this type of video it's the opposite that should be done, otherwise you end up with "corn-ado" 50 times in the row🌞

Hillcrest is a great place to live. I lived here as a child, I attended Florence Elementary and Rosevelt Jr. High and as an adult I lived here for over 30 years. Thank you for showing Hillcrest and I really loved that 3 million dollar house.

North Park has become gentrified. Low and moderate income people are being pushed out. How can someone earning 65,000 ever afford a home for 850,000?

The music is way too upbeat, too loud, and completely unnecessary. You’ve got a woman with a perfectly nice voice, who could give a great narration about features in the home and just drop the music.

I live in NP and love my neighborhood. I own my condo, but the prices are extremely high now. This is not an affordable neighborhood anymore. A small $ 1.5 million house is NOT affordable for many people. Think twice before moving to SD.

Lol you forgot to mention the homeless camps and druggies everywhere, the crime rate, the police who do nothing so learn to protect yourself, and don't go anywhere east of 10th Avenue. Pros: Little Italy is easily the only neighborhood I'd recommend downtown, though my current neighborhood of Cortez Hill is a great place for families because of its quiet, suburban vibe and park. "Nightlife" and "vibrancy" are still very close by.

100% 😂 I live 20 minutes from downtown but don’t venture down there much due to the homeless population. And no, Newsom isn’t going to change anything. To think he will is crazy.

There are a lot of families that live in Bankers Hill. It’s a lot more of a urban lifestyle. So depends on your personal preference. Being next to Balboa Park is definitely a plus for families and the zoo!

I live in. North Park and the homeless people are not in my neighborhood. They are mostly in downtown and beach areas. Homelessness is a huge problem in most of the big cities in the US now. It is really sad.
