The best thing I found for back pain is to 1 exercise your back carefully the muscles will help a lot 2. to avoid using the back of chairs till your body says it needs support for a few mins at a time and try to sit straight not leaning forward or back. When it comes to matressess you have 2 options 1 find something so soft and cool you sink into it while keeping your back semi- straight or option 2 find one just firm enough you don't sink into it anything else will destablize your back or put too much pressure on it.
