I get so many of these things. Mostly small, but have had some big ones. I got one on my thigh that is bigger than the end of my pinkie finger. I'd cut it off, but am afraid it would bleed a lot.

I cut one off my balls when I was young, had to go, it would rub my thigh when I walked, causing soreness. man that took some doing, and was sore as heck for a couple days, but glad I did. a couple years ago, a skin Dr. cut some off my neck. each one had to be injected with a pain relieving agent, and there was a minor sharp pain with each one. then he cut 'em off. glad to be rid of them! no more on my balls please!! :P

oh that's what those things are called... I've only had em twice, I just cut them off at the base with a sharp blade... Band-Aid and done!
