Aside from the acapala parts, he is harmonizing with a backing vocal track. Watch begining at 4:02 he turns away from the mic for a second while the vocal track is playing through the part. I think he does the intro acapala part as a look at me I am singing unenhanced.

In the Navy and in my schools (San Diego for 67 weeks), I would hit LA as often as I could and hit the strip. Saw hundreds of bands that made it or didn’t and W.A.S.P was awesome…throwing meat into the crowd. Best thing was the absolute hottest chicks I have seen…until I was in Amsterdam 🫡🤙🤙🤙
