This makes sense now , the reason why he uses 3 phones because smart switch can transfer iphone whatsapp data to a samsung , NOT to any android phone. Then he'll have to backup with drive so it could be transfered to any android phone afterwards. If samsung wasnt so selfish with their app maybe this would've done easier..

In my samsung tablet there is no factory reset option. As it is given by government they have put restrictions and I forgot password how should I reset it . Should I try to put a new android version to my tablet. Or something else??

You'd have to boot into a certain mode to get to this screen. I'm not sure which boot mode this is. Kinda like the BIOS of the tablet.
