It's the Neca toys Dracula from Castlevania, Good looking a hold of him though, this figure is kinda rare, not to measure there's also a variant where his mouth is closed with a much more serious expression. He's definitely better than the Diamond select Dracula from the Castlevania show.

Oh boy do you really want my honest opinion on that lol I honestly hate it! I don't like the G1 proportions for the animated figures. They look very weird and uninspired. I would much rather have new versions of the figures that still stay close to the original animation style!
