I just got one today I ordered it in a two gallon it’s a huge plant full of buds it is about 18in tall without the pot and very bushy. I’m between zone 8b- 9a our sun here in central Texas is brutal soooo I will start placing it in different locations to see where it will acclimate without damage. I have 30 year old live oak trees in my back yard with borders it would be perfect there but I’m worried the tree roots will interfere with the hydrangea roots…

Hi! I just started watching your channel and I noticed we had the same house! I’ve been in mine for five years now mine is white. I’ve noticed I have to pressure wash it every year and the black trim on my windows is warping and sliding off. Have you experienced anything like that with the windows?
@Happilyeverafteretc
@Happilyeverafteretc 3 күн бұрын
So glad you’re here! I have been here for 4 years now and haven’t had any problems with my trim, that’s so frustrating! I loved the traditional white look of the Lula Mae but was worried about keeping it any version of clean so I went with a gray siding instead… I haven’t had to pressure wash it once. I did have to scrub the porch as it had a lot of algee this spring but not the actual house.

on the quarantine we are strict because we do not have a lot of the diseases that America and Europe have. and we don't want them here our bees are often sent overseas to replace the local bees that have died off due to a disease

OK for those who need to know. it is a 1/2 km from the carpark 3 to the terminal. and 1/2 km from the check-in upto the ship. so you can organise a wheelchair from check-in to the ship, if the walk will be a bit long for you.

So i purchase the first line of pandora shine plated gold. I never wore it. Stored it as directed by pandora! In months it was ruined. It’s all black and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I called pandora for warranty help and they refused. A $500 bracelet, trash!! I’m so frustrated! I see others not even take care of their plated jewelry and it’s fine. Idk what to do! I’d rather just find a way to remove the plating and have it all be one color 😢 please help!

I’m so sorry it sounds like you have defective pieces. I would try again with different Pandora people… either over the phone or in person. My mom has a shine bracelet from its first release and it’s her most worn bracelet… looks good as new

So my question is is ur epoxy food grade cause usually u can’t eat on them after cause the chemicals cute tho
@Happilyeverafteretc
@Happilyeverafteretc 9 күн бұрын
The epoxy I use is food safe! According to the manufacturer it is 100% food safe when clear… adding colorants changes the formula and can’t be guaranteed to be food safe. So your options are to pour clear plates or (what I did) topcoat your pieces with a clear layer of resin which will make them food safe. Making plates you can’t eat off would be slightly pointless 🤣

How long does it take for you to see it starting to die off?
@Happilyeverafteretc
@Happilyeverafteretc 9 күн бұрын
It’s more a question of not re-growing since you cut everything back first. I usually check after a week and if there’s new growth I assume I didn’t get a good enough coating… cut the vine back again and re-coat it in the vine killer. That’s only happened once or twice… usually it dies the first time.

I have a question I know you probably won't answer me but I'm asking anyways is there any way you can make or show me how to make silverware a mold for silverware and make those silverware and show it 0:14
@Happilyeverafteretc
@Happilyeverafteretc 13 күн бұрын
Hey Michelle, I have never done silverware and honestly am not sure that I would attempt resin silverware as making the delicate pieces 100% food safe may be challenging. Even with food safe resin (like the one I use for my plates) adding any colorant makes the resin NOT food safe. So your options are clear resin or to topcoat your resin with a clear coat. Both things can work but with the small tines on a fork it may be challenging. Not impossible… just challenging. I did a similar silicone mold to this one and poured knife rests to match a set of antique knife rests I own. It would be the same process for silverware: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pN6orbSg2p7YhKM.htmlsi=fugeF9kmd_UNR-i8 Hope that helps!

I can't wait to see pictures. I am in zone 9 so I think I will try them next early spring unless I catch a sale on. PM roses are so easy to propagate as well just stick cuttings in the ground or cover up a branch in the dirt under a rock and it should root. I was thinking after watching this video you need to get a little garden bench with wheels so you don't have to keep leaning down so much. 😉

Thank you so much! I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos! I actually have a video coming up that’s cleaning and planting up the front porch that will show the entire front porch. I absolutely love my home and haven’t had any main problems. There are a few things I’d change but none are huge. Mainly I would pay for metal drawer slides instead of plastic (they break super easy) and a handheld shower in addition to the rain head in the main bathroom. Home that helps!
@elizabethstewart552
@elizabethstewart552 Ай бұрын
@@Happilyeverafteretc Thank you! That is super helpful! There are many tours of manufactured homes, but not from people that actually own them --- they are just touring them on the lot. Now more than ever with housing prices and rent becoming so high, I think more and more people will go that route since it's a good option. Was it hard for you to find land? I live in NC and it isn't easy to find land that allows you to put a manufactured home on it. Also, your gardens are just gorgeous! I love gardening as well.
