@@sanchoramirez8357 LMAO!🤣 Keep watching these old Chaos Theory videos and you’ll find out that sheet metal unibody isn’t as flimsy as some people think it is. This car ran low 6s with no sign of flex before we ever even added SFCs and the cage and has been 5s since then…again with zero signs of flex. What most people misinterpret as chassis flex isn’t chassis flex at all. It’s a power transfer issue easily solved with the addition of some suspension upgrades and a good adjustable antiroll bar. We actually talk about this in some of the installation and track videos. 😉

The water pump is lower than the heads, wouldn't that cause an issue of just releasing the steam and air back into the system?

the -10 would be because 3 pumps are merging into one point, so -10 would be an easier turn than a -8.

I agree and I explained that in the video. but it didn’t come with a -10 fitting, it came with a -8. That was also explained in the video. It was my only complaint with this unit.

Hole-up.. Wayment!! Did you just say that you could fit the turbos under the hood but you're going to intentionally mount them so that they stand up beyond the hoodline?!? Jesus Christ, the world is in bad shape.. You should also put "WS6 Firehawk" emblems on it and stuff your pants with smoked sausage anytime you leave the house!! 😂🤣😂🤣 Geezus, we're showing off our China-boy turbos now, huh? I heard someone talking about manufacturing parts for certain platforms and how he likes to get in & get out. Even if he knows there's still a lot of money to be made on the platforms, the parts manufacturer is left to deal with the wannabe customers once the platform's value falls below a certain level.. Purposely hanging turbos through the hood is much more the move of a Subaru or Honda guy.. If this was inspired by Cleetus, you DO realize the whole idea behind doing this was part of his "badazz NASCAR/Dale lovin" persona named "Cleetus McFarland".. As in, this is what a goofball hillbilly would do to his car.. SMH

I have a question, by the way your video was awesome. Here is my problem. Just put in a new wiring harness DBW in my LS swap 5.3 gen 1. The motor started DBW would not work. I am now at a point can’t get the motor to run and the relay going to the Coils is cycling off and on which is the reason the motor will not start. It was working but now not. I’ve checked all the grounds 5 times, voltage is correct, battery is at full charge, why would the relay be cycling and not staying on? That is my 1st question. The Second, why can’t I get my peddle to work? I know I have 12 volts to the correct wires, the throttle cycles on startup I have seen it move on start up and hear it when you turn the key on, but know communication with the peddle.

The dealer is replacing my alternator under my insurance, they will replace 1 belt and they said the 2nd belt has a crack and it will be $345 for me to replace e it. Is this a rip off? Don’t they have to take off both belts anyway?

I'm fully educated now. I've ordered a 180 for my mini van as it gets up to 220 degree ect with a 195 when I tow my boat. We'll see if the 180 brings ect down or not. 😂 thank you for the help.

Just found your video ... 4 years later. Thinking about an LS swap into a '84 K5 Blazer, one thing you didn't mention is "what torque converter to use"?? I'm just looking at a nice streetable combination, not a street racer just a good driving combination (5.3L with a TH400). Thanks!

I have an 07 2500hd classic 6.0. I had it rebuilt for more hp (flat top pistons forged internals, truck norris cam, 799 heads with all the upgrades). I believe that I need to go up to 30lb injectors. 1. Which injectors do I get and 2. Do I have to have it re-tuned when I do? Making 315 RWHP in a 4x4 should mean about 400 HP at crank yah?

So I guess even the factory 195 or 197 thermostat is still open the whole time because the Silverados all run right at 210. At least that’s what is on the gauge in the middle. It stays closed until it gets 197 ish and then pretty much stays open. I’ve never seen the gauge move from 210 once it gets there.

Good morning. I'm still a novice to LS Swapping. Engine won't start. I had my wife crank over the car while I tested the spark plugs and the injectors for voltage. All tested good. I have a 6.0L L96 Gen IV (Vortec) and a new ECM configured by a master Tuner friend to a 2009 Corvette ECM with VATS, flex fuel and VVT settings removed. I have this ECM setup because I"m using a Tremec T56 Magnum Six Speed. The engine started easily on half a crank about a month ago when I fired it up. Recently a Friend helped me with Dakota Digital Cruise control wiring, and now the engine won't start. I think I understand what you said about the 12 Volt ignition wiring test is verified with power to coils and injector when cranking. Now I'm at a loss. Thanks for all the information you share. Any thoughts/ideas where to look next?? Regards Matt Politzer.

The new clamps didn’t leak. It was leaking in the area that we DIDNT use the better clamps. This was explained multiple times throughout the video. Of course that was remedied years ago by spending $40 on the better clamps about 4 days after making these videos. 😉
