Never ever buy Wakefit products. Very Disappointing customer service..... I recently purchased a recliner from Wakefit with a 3-year warranty. However, in less than 2 months, it started having issues. I have been reaching out to the support team for the past 10 days, but there has been no resolution, only false promises of getting it fixed within 24 hours. If Wakefit is failing customers within 2 months, how can they trust the 3-year warranty? It might be better to consider other brands.

FRAUD COMPANY I raised a return request(ORDER202405z7DsW7) for 2 single bed mattresses which I ordered from wakefit website. It’s been more than 45 days now for this case. 10 days back they picked up my order for return, i.e., after 30 days of raising return request they picked it up. But in website it is still showing out for pickup is scheduled, now almost everyday I am following up myself that where is my refund, when it will be processed, why it is not showing item is picked up on website, but I am receiving same response each day that wait for 24 hrs, 48 hrs etc I have no information about my money and I am getting even more anxious everyday after hearing same response, my 20k are stuck and nobody is reaching out to me from wakefit support. Now today I got a call that only 1 mattress I handed over and not 2. After hearing this I am mentally doomed. There is some serious fraud is ongoing. I now lost hope that I will get my money back. I am done pleading for my own money. Please be safe everyone purchasing anything from wakefit.
