OPOKU Onyinah

Apostle Professor Opoku Onyinah is a former Chairman of The Church of Pentecost and a former President of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC). He also served as a member of the Peace Council in Ghana, and as the Chairman of Ghana Evangelism Committee. He holds a Master of Theology in Applied Theology at Regents Theological College (offered by the University of Manchester) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Theological Studies from the University of Birmingham. He was called into the full-time ministry of The Church of Pentecost in 1976 and into apostleship in 1986. He served at nine stations of the church and in various capacities, including as Rector of Pentecost University, Executive Council Member and International Missions Director, until his retirement from active ministry in 2018. Prof. Opoku Onyinah, an author of numerous books and articles, is married to Grace, and together they have six children.
