I remember those ads, they were on constantly in 2000 / 2001... This was one of the later ones, as the earlier ones featured Harry Hill... I had a Siemens C35i as my very first mobile phone - worst phone I've ever owned

Four times the Vidal Sassoon advert repeats "Two bottles into the shower...." - three times by the lovely lady and then an authoritative male voice at the end just so you pay attention, and list this time. Ahhhh the 80s.

It has to 2008. I assume you are a gen z, tech has just been around for a while , as opposed to what you think. These were the times when the cellular networks became accessible to everyone which were just for the rich businessmen before that.

I belive this to be from Thursday 29th June 2000, after the Euro 2000 semi final between Italy and the Netherlands that went to penalties, hence them mentioning that Eastenders is running behind schedule
