After looking at a couple videos it looks like you'll scan it the same way but you do need to turn on a setting. Here are the steps: Open camera on phone > Tap on gear located at the top left of your camera > Toggle switch to on next to QR codes > Go back to camera and scan QR code. If your post was over 63,206 characters that might be the reason it got cut off. FB has that limit in place for posts. For comments its 8,000 characters. Hope that helps. Be Blessed, Audrey

Hi Audrey- I’m glad I found your channel! I was invited to a zoom meeting, which I attended. The host could hear me, but I could not hear the host. Any tips or suggestions? Thank you!

Hey there, welcome, so glad you found my channel. There are several reasons that could have happened and I only know because it has happened to me before. First, were there others on the call that could hear the host? If not and it was only you two, it could have been her microphone or air pods that were not coming through. If it was just you not able to hear then you can test your speakers and microphone to make sure they are working by: When you're on the zoom call and you mouse over the screen look to the bottom left and you should see microphone. Click on the arrow up beside it and choose Test Speakers and microphone. If you still are not hearing anything then make sure you have the correct speaker selected. I use a microphone and sometimes my speaker will be set to the microphone and I'm not able to hear anyone. You can find that setting in the same place as testing the speakers. Those are the only three reasons I know of that you might not have been able to hear the host. Hopefully one of those will work for you next time. Be Blessed, Audrey

What if the QR code is on your phone…? What do you scan it with?

You'll want to save that image of the QR code to your photos then open it in photos, tap and hold down on it until a menu pops up. Then choose Open in Safari (or whatever browser you have set as your default) and that's it. It should take you to where the creator wanted it to go. Just make sure you trust the person or business that you getting the QR code from. 😉 Be Blessed, Audrey

On your cellphone it's the messenger app. If you're on your FB app, depending on whether you have an iPhone or Android, you should see a round speech bubble with a sideways lightening bolt. If you click on that, it should prompt you to download the messenger app and since you'r connected to your FB account you should have access to all your friends. Facebook has changed quite a bit since this video was done. Yep, that is because Facebook did it AGAIN and changed the process. This is the new process: 1. Click on your profile picture at the top right of your screen 2. Click Settings & Privacy 3. Click on Settings 4. Click on Personal Details over to the left of your screen 5. Click on Your information and permissions over to the left of your screen 6. Click on Transfer a copy of your information (in the middle of the screen) 7. Chose the profile you want to download the images and videos from 8. Choose what information you want to download (your photo and videos or photos, videos, posts, notes and events > Click Next 9. Now choose where you want the media files to be transferred to. I would suggest Google Photos since this is a free platform and majority of people already have a Gmail (Google) account. Once it's been transferred you can login to Google Photos and see them there. how come you don't do this for android. So here is my problem. I subscribe to some substacks. I assume some where on my phone I have the ap. When I go to my email an click on a substack I subscribe to there is a link to read on the ap. However I can't do it on my phone. If I click on the read it on the ap, it takes me to the qr code and says to dowload the ap. I scan the code but nothing happens after that. Parade magazine did the same thing a few years ago when it stopped publishing a print version. So how do I get to the ap on my lap top

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with substacks and I only have Apple products right now. Have you tried going to the Google Play Store and searching for the app there? Or you could go to their website and it looks like on the footer there is a link to be able to go right to the app on your phone. I'm not really sure about apps on the laptop as it looks like they only have it for tablet and mobile devices. Be Blessed, Audrey

Is this on your desktop or Mobile? I've only ever had my uploads go to my stories when I clicked on Create Story. To share a picture privately, I would definitely send it through messenger. That way only the person you intended to view it will see it. If you can share with me the steps you take maybe I can help figure it out with you. Be blessed, Audrey
