Very nice, but if you look closely you'll notice that door 🚪 is sagging; top gap is tighter that bottom on latch side. Everything else ok.

That's a cheap gate made of thin gauge metal

That gate it’s gonna hang in less than a year they need to be welded

And the way he uses the impact as a hammer it’s just no professional

That’s the cheapest and way to do it there is better ways to do that

Maybe one day I'll get to use it.

So I have posts into concrete already from a contractor who never finished... one post is leaning and there's a difference of 1-1/2" top to bottom. Am I still ok just making the gate according to the smaller of the two measurements?

Where do you get the lead inserts these days? Do they even work in "hollow" bricks? Where do you get those hinges? What about that 1/4" difference in width between the top and the bottom? Its quite obvious the gap widens on the latch side from top to bottom.
