I really love the things that you made! Copper kitchen items are one of my favorite things ever, and yours are just so lovely! And those knives… I can’t believe that you were able to make something so small and perfect as a paring knife, that’s amazing! And I love the things that you’ve won at the auction, such a beautiful tiny silver basket and that harpsichord is just wonderful! I really appreciate that in the midst of classes and friends and a family emergency, you still took the time to take us along with you to this special event!

Thank you for another tremendous video! I found looking at the foot progression to be very beneficial in understanding how the carving was created. Did yosh make his carving tools? Or did he mention where he bought them? Tiny gouges suitable for miniatures are a bit of a specialty item. The tangs looked long and handles looked like he might have inserted them himself. Any information on his tools would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Gailene

Well I’ve been blown away by your miniatures once more and asked my husband to watch your vlog this time too. I dropped very unsubtle hints about booking me a place as a birthday gift. I’d love the chance to meet fellow crafters and work with such master miniaturists. It seems like such a fantastic event. I remember your walk around tour last year, it was mesmerising. Thanks for taking us along on your trip again ❤xxxx

Chef’s knife, paring knife, gravy and soup ladles, large serving spoon, grater and cleaver, as well as the pan are all so beautifully-finished. The details are amazing and suggest you make silicone molds to use for producing more. Maybe you can market and sell them? Thank you for sharing your beautiful handiwork, Josje! ❤😊

Hi Josje!! 💕Jasmyn from Singapore here. So sad I couldn't come to Miniature in Tune this July... I wanted to take Yosh Sagi's class, the carvings on the legs and feet are just amazing! Your ball and claw feet turned out so beautiful, especially the way the light shines through those claws. So delicate and lovely! Love the rest of the table too, the wood is just beautiful and it will look so amazing when it's done. Just the shots of the birds singing in the trees and the buffet table made me smile... I'll do my best to come next year!

Figured you were in Denmark Josje, hope it went well for everyone and kudos to you for organising the event. As I watched you and the others carving I was impressed with how tiny the strokes would need to be and that this must be much more difficult than working on a larger scale.

Thank you for sharing some of your trip, I’d really lovely to attend one year. It’s something to aspire to! Im looking forward to your next vlog and to see what else you made. I’ve been thinking bout getting one of those head magnifier with a light that many of your classmates seemed to be wearing. Do you or anyone you know recommend one particular type please? I’m only mid 50s and already struggling with the close up work 😂 x

This video was definitely worth waiting for! First I hope that everything is OK regarding your family emergency. Second, I am so in love with those Ball and claw feet! They have actually been one of my favorites for most of my life. The very first piece of antique furniture that I bought has those feet. Except they are not free moving like yours are. I now have that piece and one other with the claw and ball feet And I immediately ran to check them😂 but they are just carved all as one piece. To my knowledge I’ve never seen one where they are completely separated. Is that common? Or should I have been looking more closely? I’m so glad that you had a lovely time at your event! I feel very lucky even to experience it vicariously through you. Thank you so much! You do a lot of extra work to put these videos together for us, and I really appreciate you 💕

That was lovely! Nice to see you back, too! I hope the rest of your summer is less dramatic! I'd love to join the Miniature in Tune one day. I found another KZfaqr who was doing some lovely cabinet-building, and she mentioned that she had learned how to do it at Miniature in Tune! She is from Singapore, I believe, so you're really having a global impact. I definitely like seeing all the wonderful things. Kindest regards, k
