I remember when a guy was going boating for the weekend and had invited the his neighbors kid to go along. Well, he was going wide open in a part of the lake marked with bouis the read submerged dredge pipe. The guy hit it and the motor flew up into the boat while prop was still spinning and the neighbors child was hit and died a horrific death. I'll never forget that. RIP
