As much as I am nostalgic, you are completely correct! They did much better job gameplay-wise with Battlefront 2. Battlefront 1 has still a lot of fun to be had on the other game modes whenever there is a server active.

Thank you bro! There is always a server going on after work hours or on weekends! I play on European servers on PC, not sure about the other platforms or regions. I heard that there is still a good community on PS as well!

Hi Bro, there are at least 10-12 full servers all around, about 2-3 each region. On weekends this is up to 20+. Just make sure you use the Server Browser, the matchmaking doesn't always work.

Unfortunately there is very rarely a game ongoing for fighter squadron. There are almost always games going on for the 12 people modes, such as Cargo. On weekends there is sometimes a game ongoing for the 40 player game modes such as the Walker Assault.

Yes, it's extremely rare. Maybe even bugged, we had enough time in this video, however the game suddenly ended with 2 minutes left and about 40 tickets for the enemy team, who knows why: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r8dpddedp8rVgnU.htmlsi=ahLlCuRbFPah8lJT

We lost the last 50 tickets so fast, I didn't even realize that we were going to lose. It happens sometimes. 😅

Yes, Battlefront 2 has many improvements over bf1. I still play bf2 more though, come back to bf1 for the nostalgia and beautiful maps :)

There are some details that are better, some that are worse as it is the older game. Still a great game though, I enjoy playing it!

The addition of regular respawning troopers to HVV is a very good idea. Makes this mode much more dynamic!

There usually is always lobby on the 12 player maps. On the 40 players map there are usually games going on on the weekends! I play on the European Servers.

I was surprised how crisp the graphics looked compared to BF2. It is similar situation of Battlefield 1 compared to Battlefield 5 or 2042, 1 looks so much better in my opinion!

Yes, it is likely the worst battlefield out of the bunch. Still fun to play though! Hopefully Dice will do better on the next one...

I've had no major issue with cheaters lately, there is usually a moderator on the servers that kicks/bans the obvious cheaters at least.
