Nice video how often other than the first oil change does oil need changing??

Just curious what year your mower is. I have thw same model mower and was just about to order the grass flap. But on there website theres two options 2019 and older or 2020 and newer. My mowers manufactured dat is 8-8-2019. So im unsure if its a 2019 model or a 2020 model. I know with most automobile there built in the previous year. I know its it a mower and not a car. Just dont wanna buy tge wrong one

My 2011 ExMark has the same ZT-3100 pumps, and even if I removed the wheels, I still couldn't get to that stupidly-placed vent plug! Chemically, hydraulic fluid is the same. And now you never have to pay the dealer if you don't want!

I know its 2 years or so ago, but it would appear that you have the pedal installed in the incorrect position, as according to my instruction on my stander b today, it says to have that foot pedal with a 2 inch over hang at the back of the foot plate. Do you think that may have something to do with the pre mature cable malfunction ?
@clearcutlawncare79544 ай бұрын
I've never had a problem with the cable. Still have the same cable I put on in this video. This is the first grass lap i've ever bought.

Thanks for video. Good reference. Manual does a great job at explaining and you do a great job at demonstrating. I did mine today. Very easy. Cant imagine it even easier on other mowers. Hydros on stander B 36 are very closed to each other so vent plugs are a pita to get off.

Where are the the purge valves
@clearcutlawncare79542 жыл бұрын
I don't think there are any on the B. Just leave the reservoir open while you purge it. When the wheels move normal speed it's good to go.
@JuanGomez-jl4yz Жыл бұрын
There are transaxle vent plugs. Look at each hydro and you will see plug in the middle of hydro. Large 18mm bolt. Leave it open while filling from reservoir tanks. It will fill up a lot faster. Once you see oil coning out of vent. Close plugs. Tighten. Fill up until cold fill line. Open bypass valve and while back wheels are lifted. Turn on mower and move wheels forward and backwards until normal operation. Close bypass valves. Fill reservoir tanks up to cold line. Done

@@JuanGomez-jl4yzyou said move wheels forward and back until normal operation. What do you mean until normal operation?

You can strap or even tie those caster arms of the Ferris to that front rail and it's not going anywhere, and should secure and unsecure pretty quickly. Or you can screw down a piece of 1x behind the rear tires to the deck of the trailer and she won't roll unless maybe you hit a good bump during travel. I use chock straps on my rider, and half the time don't even need to strap the wheels; she stays put, unless I drive like a maniac.
