I always cook the Gavari in cooker for 2 to 3 whistles, then cool down with tap water. This way the Gavari gets soft and chewable for older people (my parents) who have no teeth. Do my method if you have old people in your home, they will be happy to eat this very healthy gavarichi bhaji
