The V8, may have compression issues due to scoring on the #5 cylinder. Ensure it has a documented and timely maintenance schedule.

Radio not working is a fairly expensive replacement.... Secondhand Columbus you're Iooking at upwards of £2-£300 and repairs to that passenger side anything uo to £1300 including the mirror and possibly another £3-£400 for the front bumper and grill

Other question if you pleased I know that Discovery LR3 comes with 4.0V6 ford engine. What I want to know is the transmission is also from Ford manufacturer or is it from the Jaguar Land Rover manufacturer?

Taken one from 60K to 180K miles no issues. Do the annual service, give a tank of premium fuel every now and then, do the timing belt change at 80K I don't see why there'd be any problems. Lots of keyboard warriors like to critcise on KZfaq comments, I'm not sure how many of them have real world experience. Fantastic machine imo
