A good informative video, but why 45mins of dreadful music.. commentary had to be muted 5 mins in cos I couldnt handle the boring repetitive music you kept in the background and talked over in varying volumes. Either commentaries or music but not both especially music for 45mins. Thanks for taking the time to make it but perhaps craft with commentary minus music, I like quiet too.

There are lots of videos out there on how to calculate where to make the other tabs for all kinds of tab sizes if you want to use this device as such.

They tell you how to avoid pitting, you need to pull it hot/warm. If you let it stand and cool it will pit.

Hi from Sweden! Thank you so much for doing this series! I’ve been doing cards for some years but I haven’t been able to get a cutter or a die machine before just a couple a years ago. I WISH I would’ve had access to a series like this when started out. I’m looking forward to the background episode but I’m gonna save that for tomorrow (or today evening) because it’s about 1.45 a.m here now 😅 I really feel like this kind of series are rare which is really weird to me… I mean-We’re all beginners at some point and let me tell you how much stuff/products I bought because I saw it on social media and I was told that I could not make a card without it. I’m a bit embarrassed about that because before all of my research I was making cards with scissors, colored and printed paper/ card stock. Maybe some stickers… And I just wrote some sentiments or something on the inside/outside and I made more cards that way. Now when I have all the supplies I bought I realize that I don’t need half of them and the things I’d need or like to have I don’t have. So I think this is a great idea and initiative by you to make a series about the basics of card making! Go You 🙌🏼💯‼️

I just got my Color Cubes, but without having the Color Catalogue, I've been trying to figure out how I would categorize these beautiful cards by subject without literally taking them all out of the box. Any suggestions, or should I just break down and purchase the Color Catalogues as well?

U can use them to make out lined stars . Print words inside the star and just have the gold as the outer line if you know what i mean . Would look cool on different back grounds . So to me they are still useful 😊

Can u tell me why the foil covers the whole sticker paper not just the writing after lamination?

I’ve just ordered one of these trimmers, half price and spare blades and the cutting mats again all half price. Have had so many probs with trimmers and especially the one I’ve been using. You get what you pay for I guess, it’s a cheap Aldi trimmer. Beautiful at first, but now it makes the paper all fray at the edges when I cut anything. Looking forward to receiving my order and thank you for your video, very helpful.

Great idea. Wondering if it simpeler to laminate a open envelop (make the folds before laminating); meaning laying it open and flat in the sheets? I do the same for my Daphne's Diary cover! Works like a charm!😊
