another great video. i love to watch progress on the new areas. both the cottages and patio villas in well point look like they may be ready for sale within weeks. all the patio villas look like 1 car plus a golf cart garage. none appear to be 2 car full garages (unlike some 2 car garage villas being built not long ago). i wish the developer would build some patio villas that are 3 bedroom, 2 car garage. i'd buy one tomorrow, and think 3 bed / 2 bath / 2 or 2.5 car garage patio villa would be very popular.

At 3:13, that’s the Village of Monarch Grove to the north of the wall, not Marsh Bend. It’s easy to confuse all the names! 😊

I'm pretty sure that none of the Well Point houses will go up for sale until the Rec Center (with the postal center) is completed.

Hello DD Aerial, First….Am “Emerald” is a Patio Villa home ,not a Cottage home as you call it. Cottage is a different series . Second and more importantly…..If you are identifying a home as an Emerald by simply seeing a separate golf car garage…..Please be aware that the “Moonstone” and “Garnet” models also have the separate golf car garage. The Villages is also currently building those models. Thanks.

Thanks for the updates.My wife and I are building in Shadybrook and will be moving down and renting in Lake Deaton for a few months before it is finished. The neighborhood that was completed were cottage villas, but the ones that are long and thin and close together are patio villas. The large building that was under construction will be the Saint Tropez recreation center. Thanks again for the video.

There is so much negativity out there - it’s a shame you add to it. It was my first time here and couldn’t even finish it with the negativity. The Developer clearly LOVES and cares for Villagers and all the residents in all 3 counties- just look at the beauty and thoughtfulness the Developer puts into all they do.

Unfortunately, the construction business has lost credibility, dependability and public trust. Even if the place is finished as planned, it will be over priced and un finished

Why is the water so green?

the blue coating is a product called "Larsen Weld-Crete" which is used as a bonding agent to help the new stucco adhere to the raw concrete / precast walls. it is blue to make it easy for the contractor to see that the entire surface has been covered. i hope that type coating is used on all new precast homes in the villages, since it only adds a couple hundred dollars to the home construction costs..

Your Richmond video section is very helpful, as i think about buying a villages home. it looks like the area may still 2 months away from being offered for sale. One home even seems to have a pool being installed. I assumed these will all be spec houses, where buyers will have no choices of finishes, colors, etc.? In the Richmond section of the video, the second house from the entrance (which looks to be a Woodstar model), has some "blue color" coating on the precast, before the stucco top coat is applied. it seems to be the only house with the blue coating. what might that coating be, what is it's purpose, and are similar "blue color" under-coatings common on other new homes? I really enjoy your aerial video, and especially that you identify many of the street names. It makes it very helpful to compare to a paper map. Since the direction each lanai faces, can be important to some of us, maybe when you show street names, you could also periodically include the 4 points of a compass, to provide a directional reference. i look forward to more of your video. thanks tom
