I kept a "pending" MLS listing just to see what it sold for. After 8 months of "pending" I had my agent ask why it is still listed as pending. With that call: I shook it loose and bought it way under the asking price. Follow up. It pays off in the end. We LOVE this home. We prayed for it. God smiled on us. Super fun finished basement. 2x6 construction with copper piping and great blown in cellulous insulation = low energy bills! This home is right down the road from Halcyon and Big Creek Greenway and access to 400 the new Ronald Reagan parkway I right out the back of the hood and make access to the collections so easy now. AND Whole foods is going in right across from the collections!!!

Omgosh! The same happened to us! Three offers and ours the lowest. The first two dropped out .. one after 15 days; the second 28 days later. 10pm one night our realtor and friend called us and said “do you kids want the mansion?” Of course! Our dream! An 1894 Italianate Victorian overlooking the sea ..views of the entire bay, Golden Gate and The City. Line you I prayed and prayed. Happy you got what was yours because I believe in “meant to be’s”. Beautiful home!
