so he uses VLC (get a software) and then tells us it's low quality and doesn't even tell you how to use VLC to do it... There's some online browser based solutions that i found do have 320 option if i can find it again anyway. :( I gotta remember to bookmark stuff more. I'm surprised VLC won't give me a top quality though. :( I'm not great at using vlc so directions would be nice also guys. Your video kinda sucks not telling us what software might be worth it for quality for FREE SOLUTIONS. Come back with some free solutions PLS.
