Thank you so much. I'm finally able to do a push up after training for 6 months. Still struggling with the last few centimeters. Negatives and bottom up really helped the most. Also, core training to avoid sagging.

Easy to build and correct muscle group. Probably one of the easiest. Good stuff. And yes, literally anyone can get to this level barring some physical disability.

I started cutting out my snacking and lost soo much weight i also go gym normaly 2-4 times a week for last 6 months but last month or so iv been bad and not going all the time cause I feel tired and its hot outside :C

It has been 3 weeks since I started following your workouts and I love them so much I haven't skipped a day and I really look forward to my workout now, think I'm falling in love with calisthenics and It was yesterday when I was thinking to myself "wish lucy did a detailed video on pushups with all the progressions and regressions" because it seems like a good place to start doing all the cool skills in calisthenics.

Just tore my bicep and had surgery to repair it. It’s a semi long recovery to get to where I was. While I am sad about the setback I am looking forward to restarting a great journey towards getting stronger and excited to relive a journey and to take nothing for granted. Keep strong everyone, trust the process and enjoy the journey!

How to overcome a plateau? Focus on diet! Focus on: 1. Fiber 2. Probiotics 3. Monounsaturated fats. Lower your saturated fats to under 10g a day.
