Watching your video made me giggle and smile. Especially when you would see something in your box of shame! I did learn quite a bit, too, regarding organizing. I got some ideas, too. Thank you for making me smile. It’s just what the doctor ordered. 😁

Hi there! I feel you about how hard it is to find a place for stitchers to meet! My small group recently had to relocate, and it was stressful! 😥 I’m also part of a cross stitchers of Maryland group, and they meet at Panera Bread locations all over the state. We just go to the back and push some tables together lol! They never mind having us there, so that may be an option in a pinch! I was so glad to see Tulips Praise. That is my very favorite of your wips ♥️🌷it’s just stunning! Every time you show Apple Blossom, it ends up in my 123 stitch cart. I should just buy it already 😂 loved seeing all of the projects you kitted up. And your pumpkin finish is so sweet. Thank you for the lovely update! Stay cool and happy stitching! ♥️

I'm so glad that you have Hannah a watch! I should develop the same rotation you have! Carefree and fancy free! I definitely kit up some charts with fabrics and/or special threads. I know not everyone does, but there are certain threads that aren't made anymore, like Needle Paints that Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum used in a few of her designs. I'm glad I bought them because they've been unavailable for years. Your tulip sampler is so pretty. I'm glad your small group is doing so well. Good seeing you again!

It is always good to see you, Cathy! Love all your finishes. I, too, am a slow stiticher and could never be part of a stitich-along. I prefer to have no more than three projects started. My husband and I will be married 41 years on 8/27. Congratulations on seven years!

Hi Cathy! Congrats on 7 years! You started your channel about a month after my mother passed away 🥲. I prefer the second fabric that you showed with the pumpkin finish. I think the other one that’s geometric is too busy and fights with the actual stitching. Just my opinion. I love the sampler you made for your mother. I also started stitching in the 80s so we’ve come a long way baby. lol Patriotic stitching is my FAV!!! I actually leave a lot of my patriotic stitching up all year. Would you be willing to share what colors you used for salute to Abigail? It is beautiful and I have not stitched that one yet, but I have the book! Happy & safe 4th. 🇺🇸♥️a

I found three of the four colors. Oatmeal by Weeks Dye Works; Red Currant and Wavy Navy by Classic Color Works. The lighter blue is a grayish light blue.

Happy #7 Flosstube Anniversary! 🎉 Blueberry season at my house, too. Just baked two 6" Lemon Blueberry Coffee cakes in my springform pans and iced them with a lemon glaze - yummers! IMO the tiny cotton print would be adorable on your sweet pumpkin stitch. I will be stitching a Teresa Kogut Christmas Santa design this month 'cuz, you know, Christmas in July 🎅! I really like your ‘flag’. You did a great job on designing it. Haven’t things changed since the 80s. It’s hard to believe! All your stitches look so good. I remember playing in my grandparents barn. As a child it was so full of wonder and that smell of fresh hay. Wow! Thanks for reminding me of those wonderful times at their house
