Great video. I just bought a smokey joe 14" weber grill. I was wondering what I could set it on to use and you put it on a picnic table. I have a resign table so I will use it. The burgers look great. I will be smoking steaks for the 4th. Happy 4th and happy grilling. Did you use the 5 second rule on the hot dog that got away? LOL

Your Pizza peel is way too thick, that's why you push the pizza to the back, since is hard to get under. get a stainless steel one.

Great video. I have a charcoal GA since 2015, never saw a model with handles on the side un Germany! In the video, the lid is always put on the side, but the lid ( at least for the German model...) has 2 hookes inside the lid, so that you can attach the lid to the back (e.g. as windshield or just to have it near the grill) Greetings from Berlin

Anxious to try this. I would have made a 'pan gravy' out of all the tid bits on the grill to pour over the shrimp; just like deglazing a pan with wine. You can make a stock out of the shells if you want a larger amount of gravy to go over the rice you have with your shrimp. Just a thought...

We always carried a hiking stick with bells to alert bears. Also, don't wear any scents or perfumes...they attract bears. So glad to see you seasoned that skillet before leaving. 👍

Just a question can you put cast iron on this? If so how heavy can it be? Never mind I tried it right now I pushed my hand down on the grill part and the metal chain open up real easy I think it just needs tougher chains to be able to handle something else heavy

You failed to tell us how long you had it on after you put the sauce on - 2 to 2 1/2 hours bare smoked meat side up (spray with apple cider or juice every 30-45 mins) - Then foil them for 2 hours - then out of foil with sauce ? FOR HOW LONG

Outstanding video. I have a similar set up. Why top pan I had drilled out. It makes steam cooking on top more productive. Just an idea. I also had the lid drilled for the thermometer plus the baking set up. Those fireboxes are amazing gear. Ton of different set ups and attachments. Great video just an idea for you to think about.
