Holy smoke this week just passed cupar sugar beet factory now gone over 50 years a go every summer repaired one of two weighbridges great in warm summer with avery ,the lorries with the beat were in a convoy it was so busy, lol this week calibrating bakery big difference b.s.c. Great factory 🏭 😊😊😊

I seeded Serafino early in autumn Zagreb, Croatia in rate 59,5kg per hectare it was really weird to seed it so thin . On date of post of this comment it looks to dense . To someone who wants to seed it over rates prescribed don't do it

@@heliatrinca4753 I'll tell you in fyew weeks its still green. But it looks really great. It's 170 cm high really dense ,all is even hight on some places it's lean down on ground,head is 20 seeds high 4 rows on a head that's on average. It got some haill ,I hope that wouldn't affect yealds.

@@heliatrinca4753 Harvest is done 5,3tones/ha . When it needed rain to fill the seed there was no rain for 46 days and then we got hail .For conditions it had its really good . For comparison winter wheat gave 3,7t/ha same conditions but it was sprayed 4 times , rye once, wheat did get more nitrogen and two shots , rye one . rye was sold for 350euro/T ,wheat 305euro/t (livestock feed ) . If you will seed rye use growth regulator.

@@josippenezic7106 I'm very greatful by your answer! Many thanks! I also believe that hybrid rye is a good cereal with good market margins. It needs few inputs to grow and produces a lot. In my country (Portugal) it is payed around 180€ per ton which reduces rentability. However I continue thinking it is a better opcion comparing to wheat. Near me, few soils are suficient fertiles to have a good wheat harvest. I hope you continue to have good harvests in the future. Note: Excuse for some errors in my English.

Cant believe KWS have any nettles John! Something growie (anti black grass), French that yields 100% of RL with some quality and BYDV tolerance will be of interest to many of us. Interesting videos John, natural performer, well produced, look forward to more.
