Hi, I have a Dracool Keyboard for my IPad Pro 12.9 inch ( 4th generation) quick question my LED brightness isn’t working when i click on them as they are linked to the shift and enter button, not its own individual button if that makes sense. So if yu can please can yu show me how i can change the LED colours, they once used to work my somehow my brother took it off x

@@brandonrecommendsfair point- the first shot showed a fraction and I didn’t watch to the very last 8 seconds. I didn’t make it to the end because it was a lot of what I didn’t want to see, and the actual twisting and folding sped up. Everyone struggles when starting out with these things. I know many people who never bother learning and just leave them flat in their vehicle.

@@brandonrecommends I actually did right after this video. They responded immediately and they even fixed the issue on their end. They didn’t say what it was but both tags work now. And it’s great. I just set them up and I’m ready for my belongings to be lost and found by a Good Samaritan. 😂 thanks for the reply though. Hope this helps someone else. 👊🏽

Why don't you call customer service and see what the actual issue is? Are you sure you're selecting the right paper size when you print? It is often overlooked and sometimes you get weird prints but overall mine works fine out of the box, but the very first time I owned a thermal printer. There was a small learning curve to get it right. Gotta work on troubleshooting first before just sending it back in my opinion.

Brandon should have said there is no battery charge level or percentage on the speaker or on the connected device information. Speakers die no warning no idea when speakers will stop working.

I bought one, in Blue and I give it a 5 stars. It's perfect for the kitchen and for practicing my songs on a USB key. It's really well built and well designed. For the price, you can't beat that. They also have a great website.
