Poetry in motion. A lot of great sportspeople have come from my home state of Queensland, Aus. Must be because of our warm climate and people enjoy outdoor activities.

All Rory's issues are evident at P3. Too much side lean/lateral hip motion. Club gets outside ideal path. 5 minutes and I could get him back on the track to winning majors. You see him fiddling with the club at P4 in practice sessions trying not to get it across the line, and it all starts here. Generational talent, easy fix.

I'm an American and root hard for the boys in red, white, and blue but I'll be darned if Rory isn't my favorite golfer.

It's fun to watch these videos, but it's not very useful to the average (and aging) golfer. That swing was developed as much in the gym as it was on the range. If I try to copy that swing (or Rory or Scottie) I'm going to end up in the hospital.

Notice the first movement in down swing is his left hip then his shoulders follow at a steep angle at impact .amazingly powerful swing ..

Great video and as a new golfer - I appreciate your written club id at the beginning of each change of club. Woods being the hardest for me to swing at the moment - great visual of one of the greatest golfers and someone to look up to professionally and personally.

Up and Open with a left shoulder start generates perfect rotation/swing sequence.....he will win more Majors! Also, even better, he has "CLASS" to burn!

There is one key move he and all good ball strikers including me, make to compress the ball with every swing that creates the distinct sound of a well struck ball. Can you detect it? Probably not. He does not have a ‘ton’ of hand action, his hands move normally in the back and forward swing.

Shut up bro youre a 15 handicap. Yeah they key move is hitting the ball in the middle of the face.

I can watch Lodewicus all day. His swing is art and I work very hard at copying it. So far my efforts have proved difficult. But imagine the rewards if successful. I can say that trying to copy his swing has made me a far better golfer.

Left heel slight lift and stomp, nicklaus did the same but way more obvious...orobably a great trigger and guarantees that left weight shift

Fleetwood does the same thing, he stomps his left heel/foot to feel the weight there and not on his back foot.
