How do uou identify the caliber of Titan watch movements? By the way, which microscope do you use for your work. I want to switch over from the eye glass to the microscope. I am 62 years retired person and I have started watch repairing as my hobby. My eyes have become weak and can't withstand the use of an eye glass for a long time. So please reply to my minor queries. I am stuck with a Titan 9 series movement which is also known as 'ulta' (the other way) the disassembly is done from under the dial. All parts can be removed only from the top and not from the back as we normally do. The caliber is 9021 or 9012 I am not sure. So please make a video on servicing this movement.

Isn't there any need to lubricate the parts that have friction with metal, such as the gears, SLS etc?

In quartz movements we don't use crown stem that much compared to a mechanical one, so I don't think there is a need to lubricate keyless. But if you want you can oil the centre wheel and centre second wheel. But make sure you apply only a little bit of oil

you should get the Seiko NH34 for GMT Master 2. It is a Seiko Movement so its more reliable hence more expensive

Jhoote hai woh log🤣 titan edge me 2 taraha ke battery aate hai , sr712 and sr912 Par iska coil and circuit ek dusre ke sath attached hota hai

Yani ki circuit and coil dalte samay Naya battery dalne ki jarurat nahi padegi. Kariban uski cost kitni rahegi. Titan Edge Men watch mein sr712 ya sr912 battery lagti hain

My wife dropped her fake Lady Datejust on the tile floor and it quit working consistently. I ordered a new cheap chinese movement and am going to try to swap it out. Im excited to try. I have a few real Swiss watches and a few fakes I have picked up on travels around Turkey and Morocco. I love them all! Great memories attached to every one of them.

This type of movements are called pin lever or pin pallet movement,they are generally made cheap for children and fancy watches in olden days.
