youre so pretty, but if you only want to "gain" on your thighs and butt deff do sumo squats they help lots, id rather do that than eat a lot and youll get a better result, maybe 30-40 a day:)

Vaping gives me headaches. Also sometimes it can be easier to quit if you ween yourself off by using less and less everyday instead of trying to cut yourself off all at once. It's cool that you're trying to improve yourself but just remember that nobody is perfect and sometimes you might slip up. Don't feel bad if you don't succeed the first time or the second or the third. Just know it's part of being human.

I think it's strange how girls nowadays wear pants. They wear them super super high up on there waists. Like the top of there skirts barely reaches there belly button. Girls used to wear the tops of there pants or skirts way way lower. I'm not sure if it's the clothes that changed or the way they wear them but I like the old way myself.
