I'm not sure what type of mulch that was, but if you're putting mulch near the side of your property, I'd recommend using one that is termite resistant.

This man mentally ill. He should be in care not living alone. Who knows what he went through and what triggered his outburst. Not sure if in the USA has a health care body who monitor help these kind of people. Ps: I would of moved away long time ago. You need to have a happy life with your family not a constant stress. Hope you can do something about him.

I am totally using your ‘retaining wall ‘ idea! Brilliant! And I never knew there was landscaping fixative; I did learn you cannot use caulk in S. FL to hold landscape bricks, so that is a keeper, too.🥰

Don’t talk to him. Immediately call authorities. Follow your city laws so they have to make him move his fence or anything else if it’s on your property. And pray. Don’t beat yourself up. He clearly has control issues. Not your problem. It’s the police problem. That’s why you pay taxes.

Im assuming you are using a water based polyurethane? I have always used oil based but would like to try water based. The oil based takes a very long time to dry and gives off a very strong odor.

Wow! You did a fantastic job on the upholstered cushions! Piping is difficult to get right! You did a good job! Lots of labor just on the fabric! They look great and the color is good. White or plain fabric would have been boring!
