Now, i am an old man. I was a young dude, when this came out. But since both my parents have passed... would you guys adopt me? 😉 Very enjoyable reactions, always. And a very, very beautiful, enjoyable couple. Always nice to see, since i completly failed in that department.

Thijs van Leer is a classically trained flutist. He uses his voice as an instrument in Hocus Pocus. The guitarist is Jan Akkerman, in the 70’s he was being regarded as best guitarist in the world with Eric Clapton on second. And Yes, the drummer of this all Dutch band is amazing as well. If you would like to see more, try their songs Sylvia or House of the king.

the cars overheat cause a lot were muscle cars. I had a Hornet V8 1970 that had a big warning sign on the dashboard to not exceed 60/mi/hr and the radiators were just too ratty to do the job and they overheat quickly esp in 35-40 deg. heat. In those days the coolant liquid wasn't around.

The video is relevant to the song. I won't explain it fully, but basically during world war 2 the men went to war and it was the women that kept the country going. You are seeing women in the video that rallied the nations and are important figures in history that played a key role in world war 2. Some other women there as well. I have given you a basic rundown but it's a deep album and alot of people don't like it. Me personally I think it's a really powerful album and underrated.

3:19. I feel that reaction 100%. This is powerful stuff. War is a damned dirty business and it hurts to the core to even contemplate the horror humanity has wrought on itself over and over and over again. That said, thank God for those men who laid down their lives to defeat Adolf Hitler. In human history, no cause has ever been more just than the defeat of that evil regime.

I hope someone will request his later hit from the 70s, called Garden Party, It's a great song about the disillusionment of an active and creating musician who always is asked to play "the old stuff."

I love your reactions. I'm here for Ren's reactions and loving them so far. I came across this one and had to watch because Jeff Buckley is timeless and I love his music. Something you may not know, Ren is completely self taught from KZfaq videos including his singing. There's a reactor on KZfaq called Chris Lieppe, he's a vocal coach and he did an episode on breaking down Jeff Buckley 's vocals. Anyway Ren mentioned in an interview that he watched that tutorial and based a lot of his singing style on Jeff Buckley. They both are proper singers who sing with passion and emotion, which is why I think you connect so deeply.

🇨🇱 THE JAIVAS: They are pioneers of a style of music that seeks to rescue "the primitive sound" of the people originating from the South American land (Andean and Chilean) and also of "Latin American folklore" (music that was born from the musical and cultural mix of the Spanish Empire (invading ) with the native peoples (invaded)). All this music played with traditional rock instruments (guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, piano, etc.) + indigenous and/or folk musical instruments. In summary: Progressive rock + psychedelic rock + native music + folk music + details of classical music (piano especially). PS: You must "imagine" similarly as if in EEUU a Rock group rescued the music of the Apaches, the Sioux, the Cherokees or the Cheyennes (to name a few) and will play it in the 21st century. Greetings from Santiago of Chile 🇨🇱, South America. Saludos desde Santiago of Chile 🇨🇱, Sudamérica.

Yes, She's was singing the name of her daughter Maya. She was (I believe) 2 years old at the time that the song came out and was performed LIVE at The Midnight Special. The love of a mother for her child give us the opportunity to hear Minnie singing this. There are out there lots of singers that can achieve the Whistle Register (the actual name of the note) but NO ONE can do it the way she did and probably will never be. She had an incredible gift in her voice (and she knew it) but unfortunately we lost her to soon because breast cancer at the young age of 34.

Another great hit of this couple is a live of We've Got Tonight (1985), is hilarious. The Bee Gees was sing this song but is curious this duet made it a the great hit. By the way if you talk about Dolly's child voice you've got to react to a live for Me and Little Andy, but prepare to cry a lot.

I think the point of the song is not that we can love injustice and negativity away from our lives but that if people can overcome their differences and band together in love, instead of being divided, we can accomplish real positive change.
