These ex-Israeli air force F16s have real dog-fight kill marks, from the dog fights took place between Israel and Syria in 1982.

there was nothing that made me smile more than Hasard saying he wanted to be a video game designer, and then developing a love for flying and the military in high school, I was the same, 2 more years of college, hopefully OTS 2026 board will give me that UPT slot

I mean 10k isn't too bad considering a lot of airliners such as the B738 pressurize the plane at around 10k cabin altitude whilst at FL350

Far out man, crazy. It would be cool to have subtitles though. Not subtitles of the words they're saying, I mean the subtitles of what they mean by those words

I did 10 Gs in the back seat of a Danish F-16 thirty years ago. My F-111F squadron hosted the Danes from Aalborg, Denmark at RAF Lakenheath in 1989. My pilot’s call sign was POL and the weather was not good enough to fly low level or do much sight seeing. We did a right turn from 4 Gs quickly to 8 and then momentarily to 10 Gs. I don’t get the classic high G tunnel vision, but started to gray out about 8Gs. In a side note, now that we are all old men in our late 60’s I see a lot of my friends dying early from cancer probably caused by radars and cockpit electronics. Also have friends with knee, hip and shoulder replacements unusually young. I’ve had two rotator cuff surgeries and three heart attacks before age 60. And I was gym rat. There has never been a medical study on the long term impact of the high G environment (none that I’m aware), but there should be. We are old beyond our years, but no complaints. I lost 17 friends flying F -4Es and F-111s for 20+ years, so hard to complain when you out live a lot of your buddies. Memorial Day is never happy for some of us. 🇺🇸

So they didnt shoot down a plane or show how it can, or talk about how one was documented.... This video was crap! Ima talk about how a Hummingbird Killed an Eagle...... show nothing but tell you they, "train to stab its neck."

Very cool. Early on when you discussed training stressors and casualty assessment was excellent. Seeing a small opposition force charge through a hail of bullets and kill a force 10 times larger is not a realistic example but is sometimes called “good training”. The key is reading and understanding the existing standards. They’re written for a reason but so many just ignore them because “that’s the way we’ve always done it” and it may not always be correct. 🫡

This should be a recruitment commercial. One of the only places you get to hear supersonic is in the military. A German F-104 pilot got us in the woods at a couple hundred feet off the deck. Reforger 1984. Everyone literally hit the ground belly first. Scared the sht right out of us setting up tents etc. I actually saw it as I happened to be looking at the sky and for a microsecond was like. “What the hell was that?” Then the massive explosion. The black “Thing” you think you imagined now comes into focus. And you want to kill the pilot for a minute or two. Then you thank God they’re on your side watching you.
