I too was surprised that being close to MTOW that we were climbing as well as we were. The 737 is always a fun bird in my opinion, even the Max which I’ll have a video on very soon. I am jealous though! The closest thing to the MD-80 I’ve flown on was the 717 with Hawaiian back in 2016, nothing beats the classic Maddog! Thanks for watching!

Fun fact #2 with the old engine the c5 could lift 560 ton of cargo. All of the c5 have the new engine that can go faster and lift more cargo. But we are about 100 years behind in technology on m5. M5 is in the the star system in Capricorn. 5.6 light years away .

The C-5M Super Galaxy is most definitely my favorite airplane ever made, and even if the older engines have a unique sound to C-5s. I prefer the newer engines on the C-5M being much more powerful, and they sound cleaner. Also the C-17 is my second favorite plane, which Dover AFB houses both of them.🇺🇲🩶
@UNITED38Heavy3 ай бұрын
Couldn’t agree more! The C-5 is my personal favorite aircraft, Stewart (KSWF) used to be home to 13 C-5’s. I sure miss the screaming TF-39 engines, but it’s nice to see the Galaxy modernized up to current standards. The C-17 is insane too, an aircraft of that size being so maneuverable is no easy feat. They don’t build them like they used to!
