I enjoyed the first movie but the second movie was terrible. I don’t have high hopes for this one, but I’m hoping MCU saves Venom when they introduce him in future Spider-Man movies.

The only way the MCU can save this is if Sony just completely steps aside creatively and lets them do their thing. If I was in charge at Sony, I would just license out the rights to Marvel, get a percentage of box office sales , and let MCU do their thing!

SO MUCH BETTER than that RIDICULOUS story in Oz the Great and Powerful. I like the costuming and makeup for this Elphaba MUCH better. THIS is great and powerful. THIS gave us all the chills. If they do not nominate this movie for EVERYTHING....ESPECIALLY best actress and best picture in both the Golden Globes AND the Oscars...they have absolutely NO TASTE in what a GODD musical is. I DARE them not to and I haven't even SEEN the bloody movie yet. It is RARE that a trailer is this good nowadays.

The musical is based on the novel "Wicked" by Gregory Maguire. Then, it got developed into a musical-meanwhile he released a sequel called "Son of a Witch". So, there is a potential for this to be a franchise, cover the broadway musical, but then do something like "Greatest Showman" and just release movie musicals as sequels. All based on the books.

the behind the scenes featurette made all my doubts disappear. to see how passionate the cast and crew is brings me so much joy. as a childhood fan of wicked, a fan of arianas work and an admirer of Cynthia's talent and the directors work - this feels like all my favorite things colliding. its like a gift. i cannot wait! and two parts!

🚨 Let us break this photo down. (Gunn confirmed the picture is in camera and has not gone through any post): I believe the pink sphere in the picture is Solaris. Gunn is inspired by All Star Superman: I believe Solaris was one of the villains in All Star Superman. Solaris has injured Superman and have blocked the yellow sun while fighting Superman; this is wear the damage on suit came from. I see a green light striking Solaris in the picture as well. Superman may be injured and weaken from the first fight. Green Lantern and others are distracting Solaris while Superman recovers. Solaris is overcoming the other heroes and weakened, Clark Kent witnesses they need his help. They need Superman. ⭐️ In this picture, a weakened Superman is putting on his boots for round 2, he beaten and injured but he is preparing suit back up to fight Solaris, who is blocking the sun, all odds are against Clark but he is the beacon of hope; he is Superman. Now in this photo Superman is preparing to give his all to save the other heroes and the world. ⭐️ I recently rewatched All Star Superman. Solaris and Lex plays a big part; and, I believe the other in heroes are replacing the fortress of solitude robots to fight Solaris. ♦️Solaris is a Superman Character. Solaris, the Tyrant Sun, has appeared in other comics: - Superman: DC One Million - Superman: Last stand of Krypton - Superman: Annual #12 - Superman/Batman #80-81 - Superman: Action Comic #782 - Superman: Man of Steel #115 - Superman: All-Star Superman. - I want to add, in the comic or animated movie of “All Star Superman,”Superman needs help from his robots to combat Solaris; Lex get power and is working with Solaris: 1. Well in the image James release you see a green light beam striking top of Solaris. 2. Instead of the robot, this is why you need all the other heroes; they replace his robots and are an integral part of the overall story. (Gunn said this) 3. Lex will probably trick the Engineer in finding the fortress. (Remember, there we report during the time of the Crest reveal, the Engineer was in the snow with Superman. She probably found the fortress of solitude and something to give Lex powers; and Lex some way made a deal with Solaris. 4. Gunn is taking inspiration from the New 52, All Star Superman and Superman All Seasons. 5. 🚨 Gunn should had waited and run the photo through post production before releasing to the public. (I think he released the photo without post because the media may get a bad picture.

I’m intrigued how they’re gonna tell this story. Because Mufasa’s father talk to Simba about the great kings of the past and his father before him. Yet right at the start of this film, they say “without a drop of nobility in his blood” so is this a new storyline? I’m confused

Our guess is that Mufasa gets adopted by the King, who is Scar's father, raises Mufasa as his own. That then creates jealousy from Scar, that leads Mufasa and Scar to fight where Scar gets his scar. Some of those beats are GUARANTEED to be in the movie!

i wouldn’t care about this movie if not for gaga. i was very neutral about the first - an enjoyable watch, thought provoking, but not necessarily one of the best movies i’d ever seen. this, however, looks incredibly captivating. and i don’t see gaga when i watch this - i see harley through and through. she looks genuinely deranged lol. i haven’t been this excited for a movie for a long while
