As others have said, I'm glad Blackie made it to old age. I remember a video of him completely wasted in a swimming pool decades ago. It may have been one of those rocks stars are satanic videos. Content of songs aside, I loved the guys voice. Charisma is one of my favorite songs from them. As for being evil. I'll say a band like WASP does a lot less damage to society, if any, than most rap and pop and even "modern country" band. In some cases they literally do rituals on stage... worse than Fleetwood Mac did on stage lol

Imo, vai is better technically than satch, but satch has always been my guy. Satch is a fusion shredder, whereas vai is a hard rock shredder. I’ve seen satch live 4 times. Amazing and entertaining every time. Listen to made of tears live on KZfaq- awesome

Realize that Blackie already had a career PRIOR to W A S P. He played guitar and bass for the New York Dolls in the 70’s. Yea, he’s old, but still a legend.

I could listen to these old rockers tell stories all day. These days it’s sometimes better than listen to them trying to sing… although Blackie still does well it seems!
