Arcann is a amazing character, he is one of few who bypassed our SWTOR player character's plotarmor and managed to beat us in a fair fight like 2 times. Such a Powerfull figure. Drop him in the middle of the Dark / jedi Council chambers and he could probably solo them all xD

Wait, did I hear this right? Satele DIDN’T kill Malgus by slamming him into the side of a mountain and dumping a cliff on top of him? WTF, the guy must be a tank. Edit - sure enough, Satele smote his ass during The Battle of Alderaan, with some teamwork with Jace. And all Malgus got tagged with was his respirator - a good look, btw. The fandom site said he was a bit rough, but felt no pain. Evidently not the first or last time he’d encounter something that should have killed him…which he just shrugged off. Satele - so awesome, up there with Revan on my list of favorites. Jealous of Jace, although I wish they’d patch things up. You know, for Theron’s sake. :). Seriously though, she epitomizes to me how and what a Jedi should be; were she magically transported to today, she would simply dominate. So skillful, strong, lightning fast, exceptionally powerful with The Force, brilliant, wise, beautiful, selfless and devoted, levelheaded, and relentless - she’s a warrior, in the truest sense of the word. The icing is that “Shan possessed a warm demeanor and an approachable personality, holding herself equal to even the youngest Padawans of the Order.” Women must hate her. Oh my, sorry! This is, after all, an episode about Malgus. My crush must have distracted me.

I’m fairly new to the pre-Clone Wars’ stories, but I’ve fallen for them in a big way. So big, in fact, I’ve basically lost any interest in following the movies after ROTJ and am merrily content with any- and everything from pre-TCW down to the Celestials. I’m also no gamer, although that may change just so I can explore the storylines myself instead of vicariously. SO - with these disclaimers and disclosures out of the way, forgive me for my ignorance regarding this question: Is The Sith Warrior an individual, or is this a title bestowed upon anyone who goes through the trials portrayed in this video (which I stopped at ~5min until I get more context)?

Around 26:30 you mention the three ‘common’ manifestations of Vitiate: The Sith Emperor, The Eternal Emperor Valkorian, and then Tenebrae, who’s somewhere hidden on ice. My question is in regards to ‘who’s the Sith Emperor is…that is, what’s his name, or how would someone actually address him? The Eternal Emporer is easy - it’s Valkorian. And even though no one probably even knows of his existence, Tenebrae is also easy - it’s Tenebrae. But what’s the Sith Emperor’s name? Is it ‘still’ Vitiate? I didn’t think so, because the name ‘Vitiate’ is from so long ago; the Sith Emperor wouldn’t use this moniker since he wants to keep his immortality secret. So does anyone know him by anything other than ‘The Sith Emperor?’ It doesn’t help when I go to the fandom sites, search on ‘The Sith Emperor,’ and get “Tenebrae, Vitiate, and Valkorian” as responses.

Around 21:10 you made the the comment (which I agree with) that Candoras mentions there are other Mandalorian clans heading to Rekkiad, specifically in search of the Mask. But I never understood nor found out how they came to know Revan and Malak hid the Mask there. Does anyone know?

A response to an angry viewer: I’m not sure I follow your rant - it might make sense if SWC was the ONLY Revan source material, but it’s not - I have a Star Wars: Revan playlist into which I’ve dumped about 75 episodes that deal directly with Revan, and another 30 or so where he’s ancillary. My point - Revan’s a complex character, and no single episode is going to capture all that nuance. If you’re looking for a Revan outline or biography, go to the fandom websites - they’re excellent. But if you’re looking for episodes that deal with Revan’s personality, his take on the Force, and content creator’s reactions from dozens of different perspectives, then go collect all these episodes and dig in. More importantly, be prepared to read hundreds of viewer’s comments, because it’s THOSE that define Revan. How we, the fans, choose to interpret the character is what makes a character great; in the character analysis for Revan, it’s our comments that have made Revan a favorite. Now, to SWC’s episode, if you view it as one of dozens of perspectives, you’ll appreciate his presentation of Darth Revan - which is difficult, as there’s simply not much material ‘out there’s that deals specifically about this. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to write - indeed, just the opposite. By using artistic license and tackling the subject from different, sometimes nebulous, angles, we are given rational perspectives on what a Darth Revan might think and how he might behave. And by noting how he actually thinks and behaves, differently than what we expect, we can begin to appreciate his character’s complexity. Viewing SWC’s episode in this way, maybe you can appreciate the effort he’s made. Look, as I’ve indicated, there is a LOT of Revan material out there - some of it’s good, some not so good, some average, and some, like SWC’s episode, is excellent. The general episodes can be helpful, but in the end don’t foster a lot of thought and conversation - one in particular, literally, word for word, created an episode by reading directly from the fandom website…interesting, if you’ve not read the fandom sketch, but not really helpful in teasing out a Revan character analysis. But SWC took a different approach, choosing a specific aspect (Darth Revan) of Revan’s biography, and expanding on it. This is not simple; it’s not a serial, step-by-step description. It’s an all-encompassing analysis that sometimes requires a lot of background to draw a fairly simple conclusion. For example, we all know Revan wants to be gray, and that he goes on this journey that everyone on the Light Side says is impossible, and all on the Dark Side despise. But in order to understand what makes Revan unique, to tease out what’s within his Holocron, and what sets him above (at least to me) other Force users, SWC has to - HAS TO - go into detail about the Light and Dark staus quo. Only then does Revan’s uniqueness become obvious. This isn’t easy, and if you’re not appreciative of the literary technique, maybe it comes off as a bit scattered. And you’re probably correct when you mentioned needing to know a few things prior to watching this video. But, fairly or unfairly, most of us already do, and we’re not wanting to view simply another character synopsis - we want something deeper than that. At any rate, I think SWC has done an excellent job at focusing on a sliver of Revan (granted, a large sliver) and expanded on it, exploring it thoroughly from multiple directions. This is what SWC’s audience wants; just read the comments and conversations for proof. The better ones are as complex as the episode! If this deeper analysis isn’t what you like, SWC is probably correct - his isn’t the channel for you. But I’d wager it will be, especially if you get sucked in to the Revan character. I’m not saying you’ll get bored with other channels, because every perspective helps paint a character. But eventually you’re going to want more depth; then you’ll be back.

Fairly new to SW, and I prolly digested the stories of about fifty characters before stumbling on Revan - he instantly became my favorite without even really realizing why, at the time. It’s exhausting having a favorite character and then watching videos about that character. Every time something significant is brought up, I have to head over to the fandom sites and research THAT particular topic - which in turn takes me on its own multi-rabbit hole ride. This, and now consider I have a Revan playlist with about 75-100 videos in it! Maybe by the time I waft through them all, I’ll start writing my own stories of his carrying-ons.

Agent was definitely the best story and the most fleshed out (five different unique endings instead of just two ham-fisted ones?). Jedi Knight was cliche as a few people have commented but it was the kind of cliche that was expected. You got to be the galaxy saving hero that a Jedi is expected to be... Jedi Consular was forgettable at best, mediocre at worst. The dark side paths of both were truly horrible which is sad because darkside Knight COULD have been special had it been given the same care as Agent was. Smuggler and Bounty Hunter really accomplished what they were supposed to and honestly not much else. (Though Grey Delisle's delivery of the Light side Bounty Hunter ending was the best set of lines in the entire game). The two Sith classes I think were written really and I think for what they were, were fun to play. I also enjoy the minor different in the Inquisitor story if you were dark or light with your Darth names. They were not agent caliber but were certainly better than the Jedi stories. Trooper, I talked to a lot of current and former military people (which oddly enough there are a TON of playing the game) who swear by the Trooper and thought it was the greatest thing in history. Anyone else... horrible, boring, formulaic and just down right unfun.

Inquisitor is undoubtably the best story in SWTOR, even if their impact isn’t as high in the DLC later. It perfectly embodies a mixture of Wizard, Sorcerer and Warlock.

Malgus is one of the BEST Sith of the Canon universe, im so glad George made the Old Republic games canon before making the worst decision ever and selling SW to Disney so they could make Trasholorian, Assdor, the Shitquels, and every other piece of garbage they made.. Malgus easily defeats Vader as well
