I can definitely see the striped tail, but the way those rear legs lift and move makes me think this might be a feline, maybe a farm cat.

Where this is there is no farms but with the footage on my trail camera being short it's hard to confirm but with the cameras going back out hopefully we can get better footage, the strange thing is thr mountains where we put the cameras we didn't think there was any animals but we are shocked by everything we have caught so far. We out this up for feedback cause we honestly not sure, and we hoped more people from state side could advice on best ways to track the animal.

@@Therapythroughalenseonline Going off evidence I've seen from stateside your best bet is to wheel a big smelly dumpster to the area you suspect the racoons of inhabiting and set your camera up on it, it'll be crawling with the little f@%kers in no time.

Best way to catch raccoons, if they're there, is to put your camera down along a streamway. Raccoons regularly hunt along streams for small fish, clams and crawdads. You'll see their tracks, which look like hand prints, in the mud if they're around.

To convince pretty well anyone of this, you will need to do an image-enhanced freeze-frame, and whatever it is at 1:19 actually needs to look like a racoon, not just a barely-discernable shadow among the shadows. The real problem here is that you put your trailcam right in front of a branch that reflects back the IR lighting, throwing off the exposure. You could have taken a test shot before recording, and after seeing that bright white branch, either removed it, or found a better location. So now you know what to do next time - just get better footage.

I've placed the cameras back out in the same place to try and capture the creature, but I do have a photo of it I just forgot to add it to the video, I learn from my mistakes, but I promise you the footage on here doesn't do it justice, I will I could share thr photo but I don't think I can, unless I do a short or something.

@@Therapythroughalenseonline It's still not very convincing. Like I said, you need to get the nighttime exposure right by not having vegetation right in front of the trailcam. That branch is also blotting out important detail. You wouldn't take a photo with your thumb over the lens, would you? Try to give the trailcam a clear field of view, and hope for better luck next time.

@CrowPal totally understand, unfortunately where I live I've already had 6 trail cameras pinched so got to try my best to camouflage them from thieves. I would love to be in a position where I can out thr cameras out and feel happy they won't get nicked.

@@Therapythroughalenseonline That's what struck me about this video - I'm not surprised they get nicked. Way too close to people who can see it, and the dog coming up to sniff it just pointed out where it was. You need a better location, away from popular footpaths and regular dog walkers. You will still find wildlife off the beaten track, probably more so.

I live in the USA and I have seen in person many raccoons during the day and many at night and many on camera. I say no on the raccoon in this video. I went back and watched the video section many times. That is a fox or a dog.

It's not a dog and it's not a fox, the photo as the thumbnail is the actual creature and we don't have anything in the UK with a stripey tail, you might be looking at the wrong part of the video.

Worst band ever! In an era of great bands KISS sounded like a drunk garage band. This band was a creation to make money and have as many girls as humanly possible. 12 year olds loved this band for the theatrics and loud 2 bar chords. Myself, I have to settle for real music. How many times can you watch Gene puke blood or make obscenities with a 10-inch tongue?
