I've listened to a bunch of comparissons now and i prefer the sound of the AM8 over the Shure mics every time. The AM8 just sounds more natural to me. If i want a deeper tone to my voice, like i would have with a Shure mic, i can simply EQ the AM8. Making that the other way around is almost impossible.

I use this mic on my channel and it does work well. However the one thing that is bad about it is the handling noise! It will pick up even the slightest bump or touch! Put this thing on a boom arm and don’t touch it, the arm, or the table/desk it’s clamped to. Other than that, great mic.

hate this cam as well as my Logi cos both don't allow me to adjust the scope (width). Using Zoom dont cut it, i have a blue screen behind me. Gives me no way to cut the sides off and lessen the scope. Makes me look really unprofessional on screen.
