Thanks so much for uploading this; my family and I lived in Pembury and then TW from 2000 to 2010; I visited a friend in TW recently and was blown away by the infrastructure changes. 👍👏🏻

Thanks for sharing this, Martin. The main point to emerge from the film, it seemed to me, was the unpleasantness and danger of the many junctions and side-turnings. If clear priority were given to cyclists at these junctions and side-turnings the route, with some improved surfacing and signage, wouldn't be too bad. Nowhere near up to Dutch standards, of course, but it would just about pass the twelve-year-old-daughter test, at least in full daylight.

Agreed there's a few bits on this route that aren't ideal, even little things like lowered curbs would help in places. Big shame as the actual a21 part is a nice ride away from cars.

It's really good isn't it! Recent purchase- "insta 360 go3" tiny little magnetic camera that sticks to my bike perfectly

Glad you like them! I remember the old a21 but never cycled that way. Quite nice now blackhurst Lane is closed off and quiet

Also I'll add I didn't press the crossing button 2ish mins in, I'm not a fan of a crossing on a sharp fast bend where cars have just left a duel carriageway. I prefer to use my own senses. Poor positioning there
