ANYBODY here with experience upgrading from stage II to stage IV?? worth it?? how much better??? price ???

super nice engine set up. I've seen where ppl will chop the engine wall to the trunk just to fit some huge IC and I personally hate that. Very nice A2W set up!! I wonder how well it handles heat soak?

@@TheBearded_Azn from stage 1 to 4 the total is circa 20 k or only the uprgrade form 3 to 4 stage cost like that? Thanks

@francescolino9144 I'm estimating from factory standard to stage 4. If you already have stage 1, you might have saved some cost upgrading to stage 4

This is not the Evo. The Evo has a blue ring on the Suspension fork at the Front and has semi-active suspension with that.
@TheBearded_AznАй бұрын
Blue ring is different colour scheme. As for semi-automatic suspension no idea what you are talking about. Maybe semi-active suspension wich this bike has the 3 modes (comfort,street and sport) plus with the tech pack comes with a 4th mode which is track.

@@TheBearded_Azn i replied To your comment and said that i meant semi active suspension and you can even See the difference with the rings on the fork on the official KTM website. I can guarantee you 1000% your Friends Duke is Not the Evo. I know because i just bought one and saw the differences. It has nothing to do with the different two colors of the bike. Like i Said (i cant See my old comment so that IS why i thought it got deleted) the Evo has Auto Modes for the suspension you can dial in with Software via the Display. With the non Evo you have to adjust preload etc directly and manually at the fork.

Explain to me, who is not far off. Why are these stages needed if 90% of modern motorcycles pass you anyway? Harley is not about speed and power. It's about style and luxury.
@TheBearded_Azn2 ай бұрын
Harley is about personal styling and personal preferences. Not like your modern motorcycle where every single one looks and rides the same.
@bobo86202 ай бұрын
@@TheBearded_Azn You're right. But this is largely because there is nothing left to improve. They are licked to their ideal. I have 1200GS now. And it seems to me that any modifications will only ruin it. But I was talking more about increasing power. Which makes no sense on motorcycles like Harleys.
@TheBearded_Azn2 ай бұрын
Ahh the might GS adventure bike. Like I said modifications are more of a personal preference. The owner of this bike has had and still has quite a large collection and is very fussy with what suits him. I've ridden unmodified and modified Harley's and I tell ya every single one is different in their own way ( owners personal preferences) In Australia we have a very big motorcycle community where especially harley riders like to supercharge or even turbo their harley. The point in doing it you ask? Personally i think if someone is going to so some performance mods it's going to be a personal prefrence. Maybe you don't see the point in having extra power but the other person does 🤷
@bobo86202 ай бұрын
I have nothing against power in any way. I used a CBR1100XX for a short time, and one of my friends owns a Hayabusa. I look at this from a practical perspective. To make a Harley really powerful and ride at least at the level of road motorcycles of the 90s, you need to invest a lot of money and labor into it, and this immediately raises such important issues as frame rigidity and the need to improve the brakes. I'm not saying you shouldn't do this. It just always raised a lot of questions in me.
@TheBearded_Azn2 ай бұрын
@bobo8620 ahh I see where you are comming from now. You are right, my friend it does raise alot of questions with brakes and frame rigidity, etc... but it's like modifying a car for the road similar aspects of how reliable and how long it will last.....I see in America they have a bagger series race with Harley's and Indians and even Victory's in the mix as well so in terms of sports bikes and Harley's they are 2 completely different breed of bike. Sports bike are the epitome of 2 wheeled engineering where as Harley's more of a classic engineering where they stick with what works. 2 different worlds 2 different styles.
