If the steps mentioned in the video does not help. Please try this and let me know if this works. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse>MouseHoverTime Change MouseHoverTime to a value way higher, default is 400ms Restart machine.

I just solved my issue after unplugging all my devices and testing it. It finally went to sleep! Even after plugging them back in it still goes to sleep! :) That was like dealing with a restless baby lol

why the hell anyone would wanna do that? I am looking to work stereo mix while i am connected to headphone (front audio output) where headphone is separate device in the device manager besides the rear speakers. The stereo mix goes away when switched to headphones, if we wanna straem desktop sound

how do I undo this?. My Laptop was initially on 1 working perfectly, and I changed it to 8 which was heating. I later changed it to 1, but it is now terribly slow and the number of processors function is no longer active .How can I set it back ?
