Change the handplasement a bit when serve: I see that your racket comes in a flat position once you have toss the ball, you racket your thumb needs all to be in a straight line Then your toss : when standing in position at the baseline just lay your racket down and only train the toss Than take your racket and lay it in the curve of your foot (right-hand serve: racket left foot) now toss the ball and it needs to fall in middle of your racket 1 on 1 serve for beginners 🫡🌻

In Los Angeles I saw this guy serve with the wrong grip, I was just so scared after what I witnessed. For some reason when ur racket head goes in the air it doesn’t look right to me, especially since the racket head is supposed to dive back in “trophy position,”

Serve is such a difficult thing... I play for more than 10 years and I still don't have confidence and still make double faults. Your video only goes to show how tennis is not an easy sport... that's why so many people want to play pickleball... keep.improving and dont give up

1. if you're arm hurts with a full bed of multi and you can still sort of feel it with gut, you need to stop playing and do some rehab. I'd stop playing for a month. 2. you should consider a different racquet, something with an RA below 63. Babolat makes stiff frames.

I hate playing in mornings, I always feel slower inconsistent and like I’m lacking power and accuracy. My favourite time to play is late afternoon, that’s when I feel like I’m hitting at my best. Mornings suck a bit but u still played a great game.

Would like to say that it is a “Western Semi-Western” grip if that makes any sense? Otherwise I might mistaken it for a “Full Western” grip instead. Helpful for the high balls but difficult on the low ones.

I’ve been considered adding lead tape to my racquet recently, I have the pure aero lite and I feel like I need a little more weight to increase stability and power. How has the weight increase felt for you?

Ah nice! I liked the Pure Aeros a lot. I only increased the static weight by 4 grams - very slight increase in stability as a result. Will need to experiment more!
