Hi Keleena, the most hidden secret on planet Earth is Urine therapy. (Iny opinion ). Basically that means drinking,/utilizing your urine eg, body rubs , soaking feet etc, i recommend to soak your knee in your urine. The last two weeks I have been dealing with pain in my hips, down my left leg and in my hands. I watch my 2 year old granddaughter so keeping up with her has been a challenge. Then last night I woke up around 3 am with pain in all of my joints. I felt like I needed to stretch, but it was weird I felt like I needed to stretch outside of my skin/body. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.
