Congrats Nikki for her Award 😎 It's a good sign when the merch sells better than expected 😉 I find very cool that bands change their setlists depending on the country ! Nice interview, Jasper, as usual 🤘 P.S. : did you see Gojira at the Olympics opening ceremony ? I am not fan of the band (please don't hate me), but it was so amazing that METAL took its place in such a huge event !

Mazzatello is STILL the most BRUTAL start to an album is all of death metal history!! All of Brodequins’ drummers are phenomenal but blast-wise and snare-tone-wise; Chad Walls is an absolute beast. I'm 59 years old and I've been a Hard Rock & Heavy Metal fan since the 1980's listening to band's like AC/DC, Motley Crue, Heart, Accept, Joan Jett and the Blackheart's, Scorpions, Guns and Roses, Pat Benatar etc... but since around the early 2000's I've really grabbed onto bands like Amon Amarth, Lamb of God, Nightwish and Bolt Thrower and within the past couple of years I've discovered my new favorites, Burning Witches, Unleash the Archers and Semblant but I'll never let completely go if my earlier favorite bands😊

Sometimes you can’t pass the torch. Not to the same level of quality! None of his kids have the same ability and talent of Max and Iggor. Zyon comes close… but none have the powerful iconic vocals like Max. His kids can’t make iconic albums like Arise and Beneath the Remains.

@ 3:10 on. [fully aware this interview is 1yr old] Experienced it myself with requesting Crown Lands & other bands that are quite popular otherwise. Full on RADIO SILENCE or "sorry not on the playlist". However, was lucky twice w/ Greta Van Fleet requests. Was "shocked" lol - BUT! it did spark quite the convo w/ the station's DJ who was fully on "our" side. I'll leave the details private. It all depends who you happen to talk to & the location/country. Crown Lands are amazing!!! Great interview! Enough said. 🤍

Fantastic episode. An exclusive Interview with a very different approach. When I see this interview (15.7.2024), the album is already released and I listened all of it several times and I find it a very beautiful album. Some songs of it are better than Pirates 1 songs but overall Pirates 1 is better album than Pirates 2 - Armada. Pirates 1 is a classic symphonic metal album. In my opinion this is the best symphonic metal album of this century so far. - A 59 years old metalhead from Bangladesh.
