I moved from Long Beach To Irvin Texas, in 2022, Biggest Mistake, My property Taxes went through the roof and So did My insurance for home owners, Really bad weather in dallas, Muggy, humid and Hot most part of year, and bone chillin cold in winter, Yes I Moved back to Cali , Orange county, cut my loses , Lucy i was able to buy a home here, F Texas
