The owner's closet will accommodate fishing rods, etc. There is no place for a paddle board unless you keep on the porch or balcony. Some people use inflatables, my son has one and loves it. There is a compressor at the beach club. Lots of owners put weather tight portable storage chests on the porch or balcony and they double as benches.

They are live oak trees and are green about 11 months of the year. New leaves come out starting in March April
