Is this real or just renderings?? Why do we get super cheap, plastic chairs in our room in Straits Meadow in Edinburgh?? Why is it so different from what’s shown in your videos??? The chair doesn't even support the body properly and I get back pain so badly. And the guy at the front desk says there's nothing he would do?? This is clearly fraud!!!!

This company is not reliable, fully charged in advance. Yet when I apply early move out in accordance with formal regulations, the company just totally disregarded my numerous refund chase for nearly one year. It is a horrible experience. Me and many of my classmates encountered the same problem. Just a lier company!

This is the sort of quality accommodation I want to buy but I'm not a student.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless they want their door lock to stop working, meaning their door can be opened without a key even when locked from the inside, allowing anyone to enter their room while they are sleeping. Renslade House violated my safety and security, did nothing to help and didn’t fix the issue until after I left. I wish I’d never lived there as my mental health will never be the same.
